Loading robots, a new way of ton packaging vehicles, use heavy-duty truss robotic arms to automatically lift ton packages and place them in position according to planned control algorithms to complete loading. One or two packages can be lifted at a time, which requires customized lifting equipment for ton packages, which is more efficient, safe and reliable than traditional forklifts.

The robotic arm is the executing component of the gripper of the truss robot that runs along the Z-axis and grabs goods, and can achieve the Z-axis positioning of the truss robot.

The robotic arm is composed of a vertically movable tower shaped frame or gripper, which can freely move from above to any designated cargo unit target pile. The cargo can be enclosed in the internal space of the frame or fixed between the grippers.

The internal loading space or loading area grid requirements are high enough to accommodate high stack goods.

When the workpiece is transported in place, the automatic loading and unloading robotic arm is responsible for delivering the workpiece to be processed on the conveyor line to the machine tool, taking out the processed workpiece from the machine tool, and placing it back in the initial loading position.

Its actions include: opening and closing claws; Lifting motion; Move left and right. The opening and closing of the claw is driven by a cylinder, while the lifting and left-right movements are driven by servo motors. During the process of gripping the workpiece, it is necessary to ensure the position and angular relationship between the gripper and the workpiece. Firstly, adjust the reference surface on the gripper to align with the corresponding reference surface on the table to reduce angle errors; Then move the gripper or material table horizontally to adjust the position error.
