The emergence and application of welding robots have improved the working environment and working hours of workers. Workers no longer need to work for long hours, only need to be responsible for loading and unloading workpieces, and no longer have to endure sparks, arc lights, and smoke from welding. Workers can be relieved from heavy physical labor.

1、 Precautions before operating the automatic welding robot:

1. Before starting up the equipment, a pre check must be conducted to confirm that the equipment is in good condition before it can start working.

2. Check whether the voltage, air pressure, and indicator light display are normal, whether the welding fixture is intact, and whether the workpiece is installed in place.

3. Inspect and clean the site to ensure that there are no flammable or explosive materials (such as oily cloths, discarded oil gloves, paint, thinner, etc.).

4. There should be an isolation plate between two fixture workstations to ensure good and proper shading. The passage between welding stations must be kept unobstructed.

二、 Precautions for automatic welding robots during operation:

1、When starting up, it is necessary to confirm that there are no other workers in the robot's action area 

2、Wear long sleeved work clothes, work gloves, goggles, and do not wear shoes that expose the soles of the feet to prevent welding slag burns.

3、Do not approach the rotating parts of the wire feeding device with fingers, hair, clothing, etc., to prevent accidents caused by entanglement. 

4、During operation, attention should be paid and the workpiece should be placed in place. The clamping device of the fixture should be firmly pressed, and when removing the welded workpiece, it should be kept away from the welding area.

5、During the operation of the welding robotic arm, it is strictly prohibited for other personnel to enter the robot's range of motion. 

6、If any abnormalities or welding quality problems are found during the operation of the robot, immediately stop the machine and report for repair. Non personnel are not allowed to move it without permission.

7、Cleaning the site, wiping the robot body, debugging, maintenance and other work must be carried out after the machine is stopped.
